I have been diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression.
After seeking help from a counselor and being diagnosed in 2010...I am doing much better. I did not require any medications, talking things out and learning coping mechanisms helped me.
Depression runs in my family.
I know several people who have depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, etc.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
Please educate yourself and help to educate others. Please visit the website listed at the bottom of the picture.

What are you doing to raise awareness and educate yourself?
